Margaret Carroll
M&M Real Estate was started back in
1998 when two "M's", Margaret Carroll and Mary Soucy decided to
use both their strengths and open up a "new" Real Estate office in
High Level. Margaret had been in the business for numerous
of years prior and combined with Mary's legal background, formed a
successful team.
At the end of September 2006, Mary
and her husband decided to retire and moved south to enjoy their
time with their children and grand children. Leaving now
only one "M" left, Margaret has continued with the same name and
same service.
We
proudly serve the High Level, Fort Vermilion, La Crete, Rainbow
Lake and Zama area, and specialize in houses, mobiles, acreages,
farms and commercial property. Big or small, we sell it
all!!
Jack Eccles
I grew
up on a farm in a small community in southern Saskatchewan and as a result
I am very much rural oriented. In June of 1981, I was transferred to
La Crete and was immediately impressed with the region. One of the most
notable differences I found in this area from the rest of the province is
the extremely positive attitude of the local residents. People here
just don't sit around waiting for things to happen, they make it
happen! One of my interests has always been Real Estate and in 1994,
I was successful in obtaining my sales agent license. I cannot think
of anything more rewarding then helping someone find a property that is
just right for them. I can be reached through the office or on my
cell, 926-6317. I look forward to hearing from you.

Helen Brown
Doug, Helen, and their two
children moved to High Level in 1996. Both children
completed their education in High Level and have now moved
onto their own interests; but not before they kept Helen and
Doug busy with Cub Scouts, Hockey, School Sports and much
more.
Helen is not new to Real Estate, she was first introduced into
the field in 1998 when Margaret & Mary first entered into a
partnership. She was the Administrative Assistant for
the Team for about 5 years, when all of a sudden the 'Oil
Patch Bug' got in her system. She then decided to branch
off to the bright lights of 'Zama', Northwest of High Level.
She worked in the Safety Industry there for approximately 3
years before the 'Ladybug' came out in her again. She
decided then that it was time to trade in her steel toes for
Stilettos.
Real Estate has always peaked her interest and she thought she
would jump right in. She received her schooling in
Edmonton last fall and came back to High Level with a Real
Estate License.
So, whether you are interested in Buying, Selling, or you just
need to get away, pop by the office to say Hello.
Perhaps you want to relax, take a load off and have a cup of
coffee with us; Our door is always open and we are eager to
lend an ear.
